About this Blog
First and foremost, it’s still under construction. This blog is a place for informative posts on a range of topics, including living well in spite of chronic illness and medical disability; it is also a writing portfolio for my potential clients to get a sense of my writing voice and research range. I’ll be adding short stories in the future. Check out the services tab to learn more about hiring me as a writer, researcher and/or a critique for your project.
About Miranda Dayhaw
Miranda inexplicably lives in the Midwest where she spends most of the year protecting herself from the weather and working out ways to travel to more temperate climes. While in school, she studied anthropology and history while working as a nanny. These days Miranda is a medically disabled grad-school dropout, carving out a niche for herself in the world of freelancing. Her weaknesses include direct sunlight, dark chocolate covered ginger, fat babies, derpy dogs, and riparian sunsets (with burritos).
